💪 I’m responsible for…'

SMB/mid-market and enterprise clients. I help them achieve long term success by providing creative ways of solving problems, operating advice based on industry experience - basically expertise they can trust.'

'I meet client stakeholders wherever they are in their journey, understand their objectives and then help their businesses thrive. Client success to me also means delivering the best of Vita Mojo to our clients and feeding client feedback internally so we may consistently improve our offering.'

🌅 My typical day…

'I start off by logging in and check my to do lists for all my clients and get an overview on my client’s health. Then onto emails and from there I spend time having conversations with clients who have problems or need advice.

I implement new software and features for clients and I spend a lot of time liaising with different departments in order to get the necessary results and solutions. I also spend time meeting clients in person so I can get a better view of their business and operations but can help them with the results they need to grow!'

'Helping people, whether clients or colleagues. That does it every time.'🐕

My plan B…

'A dog sanctuary. A place in the country with lots of dogs that me and my family will look after!'
