💡 My alarm goes off at…"Usually when one of my kids wakes me up! If not, 7am is my back up alarm."
💡 I’m responsible for…"Setting the company's direction, helping us make informed decisions and improving how we run the business."
💡 What impressed you about Vita Mojo when you joined?"Two things stand out. Firstly, our customers are incredibly exciting businesses, many founder-operated, and it's great to be working with such an entrepreneurial and diverse set of customers.
"Secondly, the team's mindset. It's a cliche, but the team really does have a growth mindset. Everyone is open to giving and receiving feedback and people just want to constantly improve."
💡 My most memorable work moment…"The whole company went to Cardiff for our annual offsite, and it was great to meet so many of the team. It was even better because it was 30 degrees in Cardiff!"
💡 The best part of my job…"I get to work with every part of the business from marketing, CS and engineering and everything in between. Working cross-functionally means my role is incredibly varied, and so I’m always learning."
💡 What's your next challenge for Vita Mojo? "As we continue to grow, we need to update how we work to make sure processes that previously worked don't break."
💡 After work..."I try to get out for a run and spend time with the kids. Like lots of people at Vita Mojo I also really enjoy food cooking and eating out! Cooking dinner in the evening is a great way to switch off."
💡 My plan B…"Opening a BnB in Cornwall near the beach!"
