Your mission as a Vita Mojo Partnerships Manager is to shape, grow, and execute our partnerships strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and long-term commercial impact.
This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, strategy, and execution. You’ll be responsible not only for building and managing key partner relationships, but also for helping define how partnerships contribute to Vita Mojo’s wider commercial strategy. Working closely with Revenue, Product, Marketing, and Leadership, you will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, scaling partner-led revenue, and strengthening Vita Mojo’s position within the hospitality and enterprise ecosystem.
The day-to-day

Identify, source, and develop strategic referral, integration, and commercial partners that unlock new revenue streams
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-impact partners, ensuring strong engagement and measurable outcomes
Build, maintain, and forecast a partnerships pipeline aligned to revenue and territory goals
Work closely with Revenue leadership and Business Development Managers to support partner-led opportunities and drive channel performance
Research and analyse market trends, competitors, and partnership opportunities to inform strategic decision-making
Lead partner onboarding, enablement, and go-to-market planning to ensure partners are set up for success
Deliver partner presentations, training sessions, and one-to-one enablement as required
Act as a strategic point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and mutual value
Provide regular reporting and insights on partner performance, pipeline, and ROI
Continuously review and refine how partnerships operate, identifying opportunities to improve scale, efficiency, and impact
About you
You have 3–5 years’ experience in partnerships, commercial roles, or B2B SaaS sales
You’re outgoing and get a thrill out of building relationships with existing and new partners
You bring a strong understanding of partnership models, commercial frameworks, and go-to-market strategy
You’re comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, from shaping plans to closing opportunities
You’re data-informed and comfortable using insights to guide decisions and recommendations
You collaborate effectively across Revenue, Product, and Marketing, influencing without direct authority
You’re confident presenting to senior stakeholders, partners, and internal teams
You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building structure where things are still evolving
You bring energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset, with a genuine interest in scaling partnerships as a growth lever
