About the role
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This crucial new role will be pivotal in shaping our market narrative, accelerating our pipeline, and driving revenue. You'll work closely with our VP Marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to define our unique value proposition and ensure our solutions resonate deeply with our target audience.
You'll be expected to effectively lead essential tasks or small projects, suggest improvements, and take responsibility for delivering specific initiatives. You'll lead projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment across teams, and consistently connect your work to broader business objectives.
The day-to-day
Own product positioning & messaging:
- Develop compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates Vita Mojo's value proposition for various target personas within the restaurant industry.
- Collaborate closely with product and sales to ensure messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead the establishment and refinement of company-level positioning and messaging.
Execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy:
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, feature releases, and contribute to wider GTM initiatives, ensuring successful market adoption and commercial impact.
- Proactively influence pricing and packaging discussions and the broader GTM strategy.
Create hgh-impact sales enablement:
- Develop and deliver high-quality sales enablement tools and content, including sales decks, battle cards, product sheets, and competitive intelligence summaries, to empower our sales team to win effectively.
- Collaborate with the Head of Content & Brand to ensure that sales content is impactful and aligned with brand guidelines.
Produce engaging content:
- Work with the content team and subject matter experts to produce compelling marketing collateral, including product videos, in-depth case studies, engaging website copy, and other demand generation assets.
Conduct market & competitive intelligence:
- Lead comprehensive market research initiatives to deeply understand target personas, market trends, and evolving customer needs.
- Proactively conduct competitive analysis, providing actionable insights for product development, marketing strategy, and sales positioning.
Cross-functional collaboration & leadership:
- Lead important tasks and small projects, working with different teams to meet company goals and ensuring work is completed effectively.
- Partner extensively with product management to understand the roadmap and strategically translate technical features into compelling customer-facing benefits.
- Build strong relationships across the revenue teams (Sales, Customer Success) to ensure they have the right tools and knowledge to engage prospects and customers effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to support and enhance campaigns and demand generation efforts.
Performance & optimisation:
- Take responsibility for monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, using data to inform and drive future strategies and optimisations.
- Directly contribute to pipeline and revenue acceleration goals, connecting your work to broader business objectives.
About you
- Proven (3-5 years typically) experience in product marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. Proven experience in the restaurant technology or hospitality sector is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrable ability to develop and execute precise, concise, and compelling product positioning and messaging strategies.
- Track record of creating highly impactful sales enablement materials and engaging marketing content.
- Proven experience leading important tasks or small projects, delivering work effectively, and taking responsibility for specific initiatives.
- A natural leader and strong collaborator who can build and maintain robust relationships across teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and project execution.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting effective solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, comfortable using data to support strategic decisions and measure success.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot is required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Holiday Allowance
Team members receive 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays. This increases with each full year of service, up to 28 days.
Carer’s Leave
We offer one week (five days) of paid leave annually to support team members caring for a loved one.
Parental Leave
Our enhanced parental leave policy supports all new parents after three months of employment. Primary caregivers receive 16 weeks of full pay, followed by 50% pay for an additional 16 weeks. Secondary caregivers receive four weeks of full pay, plus an additional two weeks after three years of service.
