About the role
💥Your mission as a Vita Mojo Mobile App & Loyalty Consultant is to collaborate with our Implementation Managers and Engineering team to oversee Mobile App launches, manage ongoing releases, and implement product enhancements. Additionally, you will partner with our top enterprise clients to develop and implement innovative loyalty and CRM integrated marketing strategies and technical solutions.
The day-to-day
Working in a startup means that things often change and we adapt to the growing and changing needs of the business. We expect the below to be the bulk of the role, but this may change over time depending on your own development needs, aspirations and the makeup of the team.
- Managing the mobile app pipeline
- Manage new mobile app opportunities coming in from the BD team
- Manage app performance requests (usually from BD or Retention teams)
- Such requests include for example, download rates for the first three months of an app going live
- Work with Engineering on resource planning to accommodate app launch deadlines
- Work with Implementation Project Managers to gather the mobile app requirements (pre-development) from clients
- Ongoing Mobile app support for the wider business
- Maintain mobile app and loyalty documentation and ensure it’s to a high standard
- Attend the weekly mobile implementations stand-up calls to sync with Client Success teams on app building progress and feature releases
- Alerting CS or actioning any outstanding App / Play Store actions
- Examples include licence agreement updates or Apple Pay Certificate expiries
- Support CS as needed by clarifying where these updates can be made and the impact of not making these changes
- Ongoing App release management
- Work closely with engineering/QA to gather the latest iOS and Android build details for ongoing maintenance releases
- Submit each new build for Apple/Google review
- Including uploading the builds, adding release notes, setting to phased release, submitting for review.
- Adding any metadata changes to the stores per client request

- Manage any app rejections by Apple/Google
- Once the apps versions are approved, coordinate the release and live sanity testing with QA
- Monitor app performance and flag any issues to the wider teams
- Loyalty wallet pass implementation
- Champion Vita Mojo’s loyalty and marketing delivery
- Understand clients’ digital marketing vision and translate into feasible technical solution design
- Provide a holistic view of how different marketing technologies work together to deliver clients’ intended use cases spanning CRM, loyalty, mobile apps and campaign management/tracking tools
- Collaborate with Product/Engineering/Partnerships teams to shape roadmap based on client and industry requirements and emerging trends
- Support the Pre-Sales team to discover, qualify and design solutions for enterprise clients
- Ensure information about Vita Mojo’s loyalty/app solutions is cascaded throughout Client Success
- Lead technical configuration of aspects of the Vita Mojo Order Management system, focused on loyalty, app and integrations with marketing solutions

- Experience with loyalty programs and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with App and Play Store compliance, including managing app rejections and updates.
- Experience working with digital marketing and campaign management tools.
- Ability to stay on top of emerging trends and technologies in mobile apps and MarTech.

🌴 Your holidays. We believe in finding your work life alignment and want you to take advantage of your 25 days of leave, plus public holidays. Your holiday allowance increases after each complete calendar year of service, up to 28 days.
💚 Carer’s Leave. We understand life happens and you may need to take some time to support your loved ones. Whether that be looking after your sick dog, friends or family members. We offer one week (5 days) paid leave to all Mojis.
🐣 Welcoming a child into your life. We have enhanced Parental leave policies! Parental leave is offered to all Mojis after 3 months at the company. Parental leave is the collective term and includes maternity, paternity, adoption leave and surrogacy. Our leave policy is meant to help you navigate through this time as successfully as possible.
We recognise both the primary caregiver (the person who spends most time with the child) and the secondary (typically this is the non-birthing parent). Primary caregivers receive full pay for the first 16 weeks and 50% pay up to week 32.
Secondary caregivers receive full pay for the first 4 weeks and an additional 2 weeks after 36 months of continuous service. It's up to you when you start your leave, we are here to support you through the whole process.
