As Sales Operations Manager my mission is to take care of everything the Business Development team needs to have in place to support their ability to sell. We are a team that is responsible for the tech, infrastructure and tools to enable the commercial team to hit their targets. We equip them with the right behaviours, resources and skills to maximise every engagement with buyers. This is a hybrid of sales operations and enablement.
